Falk Winter is the founder of Life Transforming Coaching (PTY), Licensee of Leadership Management International (LMI) in South Africa and Consultant with the Procter Gallagher Institute (PGI). Originally from Germany, he settled down in Cape Town/South Africa 8 years ago. During a 25 years successful corporate management / sales career with Fortune 500 companies he lived and worked in the US, UK, Spain, Austria, Germany, Tanzania, Togo, and Nigeria. He started out in the military, also worked as a Trader and run the largest disability hospital in Africa. Falk travelled extensively into over 100 countries, set up a non-profit and started a family handicraft export business in South Africa 30 years ago.
With a Master in Mechanical Engineering, MBA in International Sales /Marketing (USA), and being a certified Master Life Coach, he passionately mentors and transforms the lives of his clients with two of the world’s best programs and methodologies: Leadership Management International – (LMI) and Bob Procter Gallagher Institute (PGI) .
