I am the Founder of Globester Visuals, a Kolkata, India based video production company that creates brand films, digital content, and marketing videos for clients across India and abroad. With a background in Chemical Engineering and over four years of experience as a Business Analyst at HSBC, I bring both technical and strategic thinking into the creative industry.
Globester Visuals was launched in early 2021, initially focusing on video production in Kolkata. What began as a small setup quickly grew as the team started collaborating with various businesses in fields ranging from health and wellness, interior design, and other service based industries, helping them showcase their work through visual storytelling. This experience opened new opportunities to master the art of brand storytelling and educational or value adding videos, where content plays a key role in brand visibility.
In 2025, Our team introduced Remote 360, a new concept that allows clients from any part of the world to produce videos remotely. This model was built around the growing demand for flexibility and accessibility in content creation. With remote shoots, AI-based video production, and online collaboration tools, we now work with clients globally without the need for physical presence and our clients are saving more than 15+ hours every month while building their social media authority.
Today, our team consists of eight members, creative strategists, content writers and video editors who work both from Kolkata and remotely. We are embracing a digital first and location-independent work culture, inspired by the digital nomad mindset. This approach not only allows more creative freedom but also helps us collaborate with international brands in real-time, irrespective of geography.
We want to make Remote 360 a global brand, helping clients all over the world to grow their businesses using the power of videos without even having to lift a camera.
