I’m Avinash Nichkawde, Founder and Group CEO of AN Global Group Holdings Ltd, an international business consulting firm headquartered in Texas, USA. I’m a Chartered Accountant from India, and for more than 30 years, I’ve been helping entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners grow beyond borders through franchising, international business consulting, and business migration.
My entrepreneurial journey began in Australia, where I founded Avinash Nichkawde & Co., a Tax, Accounting & Business Consulting practice. Within four years, the firm became one of Australia’s leading professional advisory firms, serving more than 7,000 clients, including numerous publicly listed companies. Since then, I’ve built and advised businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, gaining practical experience in business growth, corporate restructuring, international expansion, and strategic consulting.
Today, through AN Global Group Holdings Ltd, I lead a global team focused on three core areas: Franchise Consulting, International Business Consulting, and Business Migration. As a Certified Franchise Consultant, I represent more than 600 franchise brands across the United States and help businesses become franchisors, expand internationally, identify qualified franchisees, and build scalable franchise systems. We also own five franchise brands, giving us firsthand experience in developing and growing successful franchise businesses.
Through our Go Global division, I work with entrepreneurs and investors seeking business expansion or investment-based migration opportunities to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. While qualified immigration attorneys provide all legal and immigration advice, my team manages the business strategy, planning, and overall project coordination to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
AN Global currently operates through subsidiaries in 10 countries and continues to expand its international footprint through strategic partnerships and collaborations. My passion is helping businesses enter new markets with confidence through strategic planning, market entry, competitive analysis, business structuring, funding strategies, and sustainable growth planning.
