With over 40 years in the travel industry, I run Soulful Journeys, an independent UK-based travel company offering fully protected, tailor-made holidays, retreats, and curated travel experiences.
I specialise in wellness travel, Caribbean escapes, cruising, and bespoke experience-led journeys for solo travellers, couples, and groups looking to reset, recharge, and rediscover.
For business clients, I also founded the Travel & Trade Collective—a fresh initiative combining global trade show attendance with hosted networking, wellness, and cultural experiences. It’s designed to support entrepreneurs who want to grow their business while travelling with purpose.
I’m the co-host of The Wellness Show on Radio Fred in my local city of Brighton & Hove, which goes out live across digital platforms, and recently I have been appointed head of The Female Symposium, a female-led community group focused on collaboration, connection, and conscious leadership.
