Born and raised in Latin America, Randy founded the company in 2017 while practicing law in Venezuela, at the height of a severe economic crisis. As inflation soared and the local currency rapidly lost value, he knew earning in USD was essential to secure a future for his family. After landing his first North American client, he quickly realized something bigger: there was an incredible pool of bilingual, highly skilled Latin American professionals with strong ethics and talent who were trapped by circumstances and deserved better opportunities.
That realization became his WHY.
